Review: I placed an order for two garbage cans sized to fit into a built in garbage drawer. The dimensions listed when I placed my order do not match the dimensions of the product that was received. Resulting, in the ordered garbage can falling through the slot opening it was to be used in. When I contacted the company to compain that it is not the advertised size, I received a return authorization stating I had to return at my own cost, and pay a 20% restocking fee. I have contacted the company by phone 3 times and left messages. No return calls have been made by customer service. The cost of me to return this item is $30 at the United States Post Office. I feel a restocking fee is inappropriate given that the item is not as it was advertised. I feel the company should pay their own return shipping because it was an error on their part. As I stated, no calls have been returned to me. Today, I sent an email to customer service letting them know since they didn't respond to my calls that I would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to send a shipping return label at their cost since this was an error on their part. I also expect a return credit on the Visa card this was paid with. I do not feel a restocking fee from the company should be applied because the error was on their part. Customer purchased 21 Quart White Open Kitchen Wastebasket. Not an under counter wastebasket for cutouts. Customer complained dimensions were wrong. Listing description is below. I went to warehouse and measured the item and it measures 12 7/8 x 9 x 14 7/8. I dont consider this to be incorrect information as the item is not described to fit in an under counter pull out when customer said thats why she bought it. We offer one for $30 specifically for under counter cut outs but they did not buy that one as they bought this one that was $15. We honored the customers return request and gave her 2 weeks to return. We never received the product back. She emailed today and I said I would waive the restock fee but she will still not send them back. Our return policy is on the Revdex.com site and on our site. If she sends the product back we will refund her for the product with no restock fee. Its only $10 to send back UPS. I would not use USPS for $30. Please have customer send back the merchandise for a refund.

Review: I have ordered a trash can bin from Trashcans unlimited. I am having an issue of shipment. The shipping company has called me and stated that I must be present at my home to accept this delivery and sign for it. I had offered that its easier to deliver to my place of employment as we have a recieiving department. They have said that it will be an additional 75.00 $ to deliver here. If its an additional amount of money to do that, I cannot do as it makes this pricing non competitive. I have stated that they can deliver to my home of course but I work during shipping hours. I was not noitified when I purchased this that I would have to sign for this order. I have a neighbor that can sign and is there but I would need to have a window of shipment so he can be present. AT NO TIME I HAVE REFUSED SHIPMENT. I have said I cannot be there to sign. Every other item that I have ordered online has been able to be dropped without any shipment. The shipping company had also told me this morning that they were going to start putting a storage fee on this.Desired Settlement: I ask that they just ship the order to my home and either drop it off without signing, or deal with their shipper to waive the 75.00 shipping fee and I can have at work. Either or is fine with me. If neither of that can be done, I would expect a refund as this is too much time and work to have something delivered. I would think better shipping options would be considered of soemthign this size when its shipped. I had seen nothing that stated I needed to be present upon shipment. That is impossible for me to do at my home as I have to work every day.
