I am rejecting this response because: The response they supplied to Revdex.com is inconsistent with the phone conversations I had with themThe accounting staff at the Dr's office adamantly refused my request to contact [redacted] despite several requests from meThere response ( "We don't deal with out of state Medicaid") was all I could receive I had no choice but to pay the balance, however, and this feeling is further supported by their response to Revdex.com, that the accounting office does not operate at the same level as the surgeon, who did an excellent job Given the emphasis at the federal level for all to have health insurance, having DR's offices who refuse to bill the insurance providers negates the whole concept of having health insurance
