I have received a verbal and email complaint from Mrs [redacted].  We submited for compensation with vendor immediately.  We have had in house and have advised Mrs [redacted] that we have two $400.00 vouchers  in her name for a future trip with Delta Vacations for a total of $800.00 to...

be used.  We gave Mrs [redacted] a receipt of her grandsons reservation at the time she made the reservation and we booked what she requested with him traveling out of Richmond, VA to help her daughter with the infant.  Mrs [redacted] did not want her to travel alone.  Once they came in it was Mrs [redacted]s daughter that said that Mrs [redacted]s nephew can leave from Detroit as she can fly alone to Detroit with infant.....Mrs [redacted] was not charged $200.00 for the change in fact she was refunded approx $38.00.  We did suggest a car for Mrs [redacted] but she stated she did not need it.  It was by her changing her mind that she did get a car.....  As far as [redacted] and [redacted] return ticket price of an additional $369.00 per person,  they upgraded to first class by choice.  [redacted] did have their seats....As far as Travel Brokers I will conceed to pay the $87.00 taxi..... I do want you to know we responded immediately to resolve the issues by Mrs [redacted].  When she submited another email again we have responded but she is NOT responding to the email, or phone calls to her.  We have three offices and I am not in the same office that her paperwork is at.  I will respond again with appropriate attachments. Please do not hesitate to call me with any questions or concerns.[redacted]###-###-####
