Its very difficult to respond to so many mis-truths and exaggerations I don't know where to start or even finish The client showed up at the wrong villa, and wanted that villa instead of the villa that they agreed to They were upset, because that they thought that was the villa they were supposed to be in It was a totally unrelated unit I told Ms [redacted] that we had an identical villa right off the bat In fact, Mauna kai where they stayed is much nicer and newer than the villa they originally requested that got booked Both Mauna kai 7b and Mauna kai have bedrooms and a loft and Ms [redacted] knows this It has been totally renovated The price of Mauna Kai 7b and Mauna Kai is the same price $plus tax and cleaning for both The same price that is online is the same price they were charged Again, they never saw Mauna Kai 7b which was their original request The villa they stayed in is much newer and nicer I was talking to Ms [redacted] on the phone after she arrived, but handed me to two other people after about a two minute conversation I then talked to her other friends for minutes, trying to explain to them that the villa they accidentally went to is not the villa they orginally requested I offered two nights free while they were in Kauai Not because we did anything wrong, but because we take pride in our customer service and our A+ rating with the Revdex.com It is Ms [redacted] , not myself, that has not been accessible I called Ms [redacted] multiple times, including the next day, and three times in the last few days to offer a refund for their dis-satisfaction Outside of the minute conversation, then handing me to her friends, I have been unable to reach her, or receive a call back I have the phone records

To whom it may concern, The information provided by *** *** and her college friends is all incorrect. The villa they requested was available when they called. Mauna kai 7b, It was open when they called originally. When they called back later that night to
book, it was not I had a newer and nicer villa that is nearly identical that I told them I had. She said that was fine. Mauna Kai is newer and more updated than Mauna kai 7b. That is a fact, and is undisputable. The clients went to Mauna Kai 8b by mistake instead of Mauna Kai 8. They then proceeded to tell me that you wanted to stay there and should have stayed at Mauna kai 8b. This unit was never brought up by anyone. Our rate for each one of these villas is $weekly. That makes the rental rate pro-rated to $for the nights. They told me that we sent the wrong directions to Mauna Kai 8b, which I fould out later was a fabrication. It was correct and sent them to Mauna kai 8. They just went to the wrong unit. I had three people on the phone talking to me and telling me that if I did not give them two free nights worth of stay that they would write bad things all over the internet. I told them that I would give them two free nights since they convinced me that we gave them the wrong directionsI later found out that was not true. They simply went to the wrong villa, thought it was nicer, then made a huge number of incorrect assumptions, and have not let this go, even when I have explained to them over and over how their assumptions were incorrect. From the very beginning *** and her college friends have done is try to get a free vacation out of this, or they will try to smear my name. In the end, they stayed at a much nicer and newer villa than the one they requested, but are angry because I did not give them a free vacatiuon. I am very proud of our A+ rating with the Revdex.com, and my goal is to always give the best service, and give refunds to make the clients happy when necessary. My brother *** *** talked with one of the individuals and signed the contract We then showed the movers around the house and discussed what was to be moved
