This is in response to your letter to Montana Travel dated April 15, 2013 concerning case ID 9502493. [redacted] is seeking a refund from Montana Travel for a recent vacation issue.
We issued a refund check to [redacted] and [redacted] on April 15, 2013 in the amount of $1,032,00. The check was picked up that day and has subsequently been cashed. We are enclosing a copy of the cashed check.
