Review: I purchased a certificate for $49 that provided me the opportunity to receive reduced lodging for any location, anytime. I have been trying for a year not to use this certificate and have found it impossible to get a reservation. Not only have the rates not been cheaper than many other non-contractual, open to the public websites like Groupon, Orbits, but after I receive a quote it takes days to conduct communication, via email. I've tried to call the number posted online for this company and I would get an automated recording and ultimately get disconnected. I've even held for a long time only to be disconnected. The only way I've been able to communicate is by email. When I confirm what reservation I want, by the time they get back to me, the deal is no longer available.Desired Settlement: I would like to request my $49 refunded because this company has not been able to follow through with it's commitment to me as a customer.

Review: I brought a 50$ voucher online that is supposed to be good for up to 4 people. This voucher was supposed to cover up to 400$ in air fare and the hotel(4stars) with the exception on paying hotels taxes ranging from 25$-75$ this is all clearly stated on the website. Once I submitted my request with them on Jan 20,15 no response,so I went back on the website to submit that someone get in contact with me ( no email or phone number available), once they did the quote they gave me was almost 600$ a person to go to new Orleans for 3 nights at motels how is this possible when the clearlyDesired Settlement: All I want is my 50$ refund

Review: I purchased a trip (I Thought) from get-away vacations in March. I have been getting the run around since I purchased it. I sent $1800. to Adventure to Remember. I will send you their advertisement. I was told the trip to Hawaii was $299.98 w r/t airfare. Total with all the fees was $569.00 I had 72 ours to cancel, however they would get back to me in 5 days. When I went to book the trip it was $999.00 per person, I asked for a refund and was told I had 72 hours to ask for the refund since I did not do it I could get no refund.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back, I can not pay $999.00 per person for 11 of us. I don't have that kind of money, I just want my money back. I am a senior citizen and can not affor to lose that much money.

Review: Through Michigan Travel Mall.com I bought 2 vouchers for buy one get one free, airfare companion vouchers stating "customer's save an average $400.00 when using the voucher".Each voucher was $75.00 for a total of $150.00 When I received the vouchers They stated that I needed to pay $50.00 activation fee to make my reservation and I would receive an E-mail with a form within 48 hours I never go it. websites don't work e-mail response took forever and then I was sent a list of flights not where I was going for over a 1,000.00 with 2 or more stops!Desired Settlement: 2 vouchers $150.00 1 activation fee $50.00 Total $200.00

Review: I bought the $49 package including 400 towards airfare with rooms to be no more than $75 a night but every quote I get is at least 800 with airfare if not more. If no airfare, then it's at least $300 for a 2 night stay. This is just a way to trick people out of their money. I am very sorry I ever bought this package with this company.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money paid for this package

Review: when I first booked my reservation I was charged $49 for no reason. I had to contact Travel Care Plus to make them aware of the issue and ask the to reimburse the fee. The reservation confirmation clearly stated I had 48 hours to cancel the reservation. We ended up canceling the reservation within the allotted time just to be told the cancellation policy was wrong and that we would only receive a partial reimbursement. It has been over a month and we have still not received the reimbursement. I contacted the hotel and found out that Travel Care Plus was reimbursed 1 day after the reservation was cancelled. I have sent numerous emails to them asking them to resolve the issue but I have not received any responses.Desired Settlement: I want the entire $108 hotel fee reimbursed. At the very least I want the $59 partial reimbursement they promised. I have all enter actions in writing.

Review: I purchased a Voice Daily Deal (under my maiden name) in July 2011 for a 4-night stay in Hawaii for $99, with my debit card. I have the original link, and my voucher that DOES NOT state that I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL fee to get yet another voucher before I can redeem. I have tried calling the number on the current "redeem" link (where it states the UN-ADVERTISED $50 fee to receive next voucher to redeem). The number goes to a recording which does not allow for an option to receive a call back NOR to talk to a representative. I have been conversing with an "[redacted]" via email, and have asked for a phone number (at least three times). To which my request has been ignored (i.e. no number, and no acknowledgement of my inquiry). I have finally asked to "speak" with a supervisor, and am awaiting response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for this, as I do no wish to support companies such as this. They are not good for the economy, nor for the morale of an aspiring business owner. I have encountered too many unfortunate situations of where individuals are taken advantage, and feel like they can do nothing about it. WIth that, I thank Revdex.com.org in advance for its efforts.
