Review: I ordered a SIM card and was told that I had unlimited use for my 9 day use. Instead I was charged .49 cents per minute, totaling at 167 for usage over 9 days. The plan was advertised as unlimited use with text and data. This is false advertising.Desired Settlement: I would like to pay the 6.50 per day rental fee for the SIM card. I would like all additional charges removed. I was never told that there would be an additional .49 cent charge per phone call, and should not be charged this amount.

Review: WE RENTED A TELEPHONE IN NOVEMBER. AT THAT TIME WE HAD TO GET A CHARGE PREAPPROVED FOR $125 TOWARDS THE STATEMENT OF CHARGES. IN THE MEANTIME, THE CREDIT CARD THAT WE USED WAS COMPROMISED AND SUBSEQUENTLY CLOSED, SO THAT WHEN THEY WENT TO CHARGE THE BALANCE, IT WOULDN'T GO THROUGH. A PAPER STATEMENT WAS THEN SENT TO US. A BILL IS NOT SENT TO YOU UNTIL 2-3 MONTHS LATER. WE PAID WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS DUE. WE RECEIVED ANOTHER STATEMENT, BUT THIS TIME FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY, NCSPLUS, INC. WE SENT PAYMENT TO THAT COLLECTION AGENCY. ANOTHER BILL WAS SENT TO US. WE FAXED IN COPIES OF THE CHECKS THAT HAD BEEN SEND IN FOR PAYMENT. STILL ANOTHER BILL COMES. WE FINALLY SPEAK ON THE PHONE AND GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT. IN JULY, I NOTICED THAT THE BILL IS SHOWING UNPAID NOW ON MY CREDIT REPORT. WHEN I CALL, THEY KEEP TELLING ME I HAVE TO CALL BACK.Desired Settlement: I WANT THIS REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.

After using our services, customer agreed they owe our company $303.97. Despite our mutual agreement that the amount was legitimate, our company had to wait many months to receive any payment. Customer finally sent in two partial payments. This past July customer paid up the remaining balance and the account is now satisfied. TravelCell has been in business for over 14 years, and maintains its sterling reputation for integrity, and excellent customer service and satisfaction.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
There is no way to contact the Collection Agency. We sent money to the collection agency and Travel Cell claimed they never received it and that the collection agency must have "lost" it. Very poor system. It didn't take "months". I want this removed from my credit report. I will report them to the FTC.
