I payed for a round trip fare from San ysidor CA. To Los Angeles CA. I arrived at my location but the problems began on my return trip. I was left at the pick up point and as I tried to communicate with the office my calls were ignored and not answered, I then called the offices in San Ysidro and was told they would resolve the problem. This was a lt 7pm at 9:30 pm a van that was not related to the company arrived and informed me that the San Ysidro office called him and sent him to retrieve me and four other passengers which were left stranded but that we would need to pay again, I was left with no choice but to pay. Upon informing the los Angeles office the following day of what had occurred they promised I would be remembered for the expense being it was there fault. This was on 8/26/2015 and to date I can not get an answer from any of the numbers I call. And the office in San Ysidro claims not to know anything. Please take my advice and don't take a chance with this company they neither know how to do business nor do they know how to treat customers. They are aa sham of a business and should be shut down.

Review: On March 29, 2015 I purchased a bus ticket from Travel Connection Group for bus transportation. The transportation was supposed to be from Tijuana Baja California Airport to Los Angeles. At the San Ysidro border, I was asked to get off of the bus and walk across the border and as soon as I walked up to the TCG Inc. it was closed. There was nobody available at the counter and no bus to pick me up. I was left with no transportation and no refund. I had to pay another bus line to transport me to Los Angeles.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and this to be posted on the Revdex.com site. This has happened many times to other family members and friends. They need to stop ripping people off of their money.
