At this time, I have been contacted directly by South William Parking LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have not been compensated for the damages caused by the parking garage. The individual who contacted me stated that the incident...
report the garage produces is an internal document only, and that my insurance company [redacted] needs to work with the company to provide photo proofs. [redacted] provided that and notified me that it could take months to resolve, because this particular parking garage company drags things out.
