Review: I purchased 6 visitickets ($818.94) for Las Vegas in November 2013 for a trip in May 2014. Due to employment status change, I am no longer going on the trip and have not used the vouchers. I tried contacting the visiticket 1-800 line to request a refund (minus a $15 fee per ticket as stated in their return policy). The customer service person told me I had to contact [redacted] through e-mail and request the refund. I did on April 1st. I have not received any response back regarding this request. I made a second call to visiticket via the 1-800 line again this afternoon. Lisa the customer service rep said they should respond in 24 hours and that I will need to send another e-mail. She was unable to help me because I purchased the tickets online via their website. I have no other way to contact customer support for website purchases. I want my money back and they refuse to contact me, and their service reps say there is nothing they can do. I did indeed send a second e-mail today but will not be surprised if once again, it is ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like the purchase price ($818.94) refunded to my credit card on which I purchased it. Because of the hassle and their inability to provide services/refunds as stated in their policy, at this point, I am requesting not to pay the $15 cancellation fee per ticket. If I had not had to go through these means to receive a response, I would have been more willing to pay the cancellation fee. But they are not holding up their end of the agreement, so now I desire not to be held to uphold mine.
