Travel Haus of StLouis has reviewed the above mentioned file with all agents involved in the reservation and we have reached out to the vendor *** Vacations to see if there was any assistance they could give to our mutual clients.Unfortunately it's clear to everyone that the reservation was
made correctly per the direction of Mr***, yet he and his party failed to depart on the proper date. All documentation from the agency dating all the way back to August show the return date of November @ 12:30am.Travel Haus has a hour emergency line and so does *** Vacations to assist our mutual clients should they need assistance while in destination. The client did not reach out to either party and decided to make their own reservations, thus at their own expense.We are sorry for their misfortune, but our agency and vendor did exactly as directed per our mutual client.In good faith we will extend each client a $voucher to be used on a *** Vacation booked at Travel Haus of StLouis.Thus we request to have this dispute shown as resolved and expunged from our Revdex.com accreditation

We are sorry for their misfortune, but our agency and vendor did exactly as directed per our mutual client. In good faith we will extend the client a $100 voucher to be used on a Funjet Vacation booked at [redacted] of St. Louis. I am rejecting this response because:We were completely unaware of any 800 number in case of any issues that might have arouse otherwise we would have used such number. So not only did Travel Haus Fail to book the correct dates of Travel they also failed in providing us with any information in case of any travel issues.With that being said $100 will not satisfy myself nor my travel guest who had to endure a night of sleeping on an airport floor.I think the best solution would be a travel refund for the flight and hotel.

We feel it was travel Haus's error and not funjets...we cleary stated that we wanted to leave for home on Saturday night not Friday night and travel Haus failed to deliver on that request...we didn't check our itineraries as closely as we should have but that doesn't excuse travel haus from booking the wrong flight and we trusted them to get us there and back at the times we requested..thank you

It is a company policy not to refund any client for missed flights.  All documents we provided clearly stated the proper dates of travel. Travel Haus stands firm on giving all the passengers $100 voucher as an act of good faith effort to maintain a favorable customer relation.
