Item was listed just a few days prior to above customer attempted to place the order. Due to an error a $1276.00 ring was listed for only $1.27. Customers transaction was never captured and voided immediately upon us noticing the pricing error. Invoice was never generated on our end. here is...

Customer Started the layaway on our site on Dec 31st 2013, and made payments on Feb 13th and March 8th as can be seen below. Total purchase price for the item was $124 and total amount we have received from customer is $84.8. Our Layaway is maximum for 6 months and we have not received any...
payments from customer since March 2014. This layaway is now cancelled with our 20% cancellation fee of total price as per our layaway policy. Customer has a store credit for the amount of $60 which she can use to purcahse another item on our site or we can send out a check for this amount as refund.
