The facts from our side are as under:
1. We were completely sold out on June 6, as there was car show in CarlisleWe informed him of the reason why we cannot help him to rent a room
2. He maintained that we should accommodate him & his family in some way at least
3. We told him that we have a room that is under maintenance (as air conditioner & heating system were not operational and the room had no microwave
4. We also informed him that our price for the day was $But since the room had the above mentioned shortcomings, we would charge a reduced price of $79.99+taxHe readily agreed to our offer and also we showed the room to the customer before we rented the room
5. According the room was rented to him on these terms and conditionsWe see no reason of his writing to you by way of the complaint
