We were his customer, not a bank that hands out loans! I’m really reluctant to post this negative review of Tailored Flooring, because the main areas of the maple engineered hardwood *** *** and his employees installed looks goodHowever, after months of them failing to return to do promised repairs of things that were broken almost from day (including no-showing on the three different times they actually agreed to show up), and now, not picking up or returning our calls, I feel that I have to warn others about our experience with them
1) The $Surprise: Tailored Flooring failed to inspect my site properly and unexpectedly charged $2k+ over the estimate for leveling my subfloorI’d have have been okay with that, because sometimes expensive surprises are part of construction, but I was pretty unhappy that *** didn’t check in with us until after he’d already used up the extra materials and time, whic
