I ordered a bunk bed on 7/20/The site said it would ship in business days and freight transit would be an additional 10-business daysThe company failed to make the bed available within that time frameThe bed was delivered and the assembly person said that multiple parts are missingI called the customer service dept *** ***, ***@rosenberryrooms.com) and she said she'll look into it but that they cannot return furniture

Order placed in late June, guaranteed by July, has yet to be completedCustomer service does not answer phone/respond to emails, despite many tries

This furniture company is a scam! Never delivered no one returns calls, or replies to emails

Product quality of Emma loft bed is substandard to what was promised and very poor customer service
I purchased an Emma loft bed with Rosenberry rooms on 11/24/with assembly servicesThis was delivered to me end of December after being back ordered for about two weeksWhen the *** technician came to assemble the bed in early January, the legs of the head and footboard cracked with application of insertsHe informed me that it was unsafe to continue buildingThis was communicated to Rosenberry rooms customer service who insisted that the said parts are not defectiveI had to get help from ***, the assembly company to convince them that the said parts are indeed defectiveThey then decided to send me just the legs despite my description that these legs are attached to the head and footboardThe replacement parts arrived and the technician came for the second time to assemble the bedHe reiterated that it was unsafe to complete the assembly with the original headboard
