I am the region manager for Terminix. I contacted the branch concerning this account. They confirmed receiving a request for refund on 10/4/as well as having processed it the same day. Checks are not distributed from the branch offices. The branch must request checks from
our corporate office located in ***, SC. They must be approved, printed, signed and mailed. Unfortunately this may take several weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused but the customer should receive the check in the coming weeks. The customer may contact the branch at any time and they can updated him on the status
