Review: I booked two tickets for myself and my son on April ** through Travel Mobile.com ([redacted]). I received a preliminary Confirmation on Apr ** at 11:36 AM. After I booked the tickets, I shared my plan with my ex-husband, who demanded me to change my travel dates so my son could be back for school sooner than I planned. I called the travel office on April [redacted] in the morning hoping I can catch them before the final tickets were issued. I thought within 24 hours, I should be able to make changes. When I called, I was told the tickets can't be either changed or cancelled once they are purchased. I said I hadn't received a final confirmation yet. I tried to search on the line to see what kinds of policy that specifically talks about changes and cancellations. But I couldn't find any. He told me there is $350 charge for any changes made. I went back to the website, here is what I see:- $300/ticket (Economy) or $500 (Business) penality will apply or no change (following Airline's rule) - Cancel after payment is received..... All tickets are non refundable.- No shows and partially used tickets are non refundable.- Fares are subject to change without any prior notice.I didn't find the $350 charge anywhere on the page. So I called back, the same person answer the phone. He informed me that the fees had been changed but the website had not yet been updated. He asked be to fill out a form, which I also couldn't find online. I called the office the same day in the afternoon, there was no answer, nor an answering machine. A few hours later, the same person called me back. I believe he is the only person operates the business. Through one of the emails he sent to me, I know his name is [redacted]. He finally emailed me a form to use. I was afraid not be able to either change or cancel the ticket later, so I again signed the cancellation from with $350 fee charge to cancel my son's ticket. The experience I had was very poor and I don't think the website and business are legitimate.Desired Settlement: I have booked tickets online before. But this company doesn't provide standard services. All they are interested is in the money business. I didn't have any services regarding my travel. We all like to be treated as a customer that satisfaction is what we receive.I understand I make mistake by wanting to change the date later. I should be able to do that within 24 hour time frame.I think it is illegal to post a price and charge a different price later.Thanks.Check out: [redacted]
