that Mr*** has
misinterpreted our customer service calls recommending
annual maintenance on his equipment as sales callsWe call customers to assure
them of a care free year of service and to assure them of cleaner, fresher,
healthier water and air in their homes
Mr***
purchased his equipment in January and has not had the recommended annual
maintenance on his equipmentDuring our annual maintenance we inspect all
parts for wear and tear or damage and replace those partsFor the well
equipment Mr*** owns we replace the chlorine solution pump tube and duck
bill annually to assure the continuous chlorination of their waterThe chlorination
process guarantees the customer the oxidation of any iron or sulphur that may
be in the well waterChlorinating the water also assures the customer of a
bacteria kill, if any bacteria are in the waterObviously, if these parts fail,
iron, sulphur and/or bacteria could be allowed into the customer’s homeIf Mr
*** would like he can purchase the tube and duck bill from us and install
them himselfWe strongly recommend these wear item parts be replaced annually
to avoid a break down

Review: This company failed to describe verbally while signing up for their membership of actions that would occur when if payments are missed. I have recently lost my job and just began working a few weeks ago. I call to alert the company they basically said there's nothing they can do about understanding of job loss, that payment has to be made. I again contacted the agent and advised that I would be making a payment, but that I need time to catch up. The agent rudely said they talked with finance and said they will be sending my account to collections. This unacceptable, they had no process in place to help consumers in the event of unforeseen financial circumstance and they do not place the customer that is paying them under consideration. Further more, I've tried several time in the past few months to use the membership, and I never heard back from a representative to give me information for a travel package. I am very upset about this it a waste of money I will be posting this all over Facebook! This make no since at all, I just about willing to let this account go and go to court! Unfair!Desired Settlement: I need time to catch up, furthermore , want to find out how to get out of this membership contract, I will be reviewing the documentation I signed, and getting with my lawyer.

Review: I reserved tickets for me and my wife last august 12, 2013 to Phillippines on dec 29 to jan 26, 2014. We paid the amount of $350 each or a total of $700 representing deposit of $300 to cover the airlines-imposed refund -cancel charge and processing fee towards the airfare and $50 for one-time service and handling fee(also non-refundable administrative charge). In sept 12, 2013, I was diagnosed bladder cancer stage 4 after a second opinion by doing kidney biopsy. Oncologist said that I have to do immediate chemo-theraphy. My daughter talked to [redacted] about moving the date to Philippines but said the amount we had paid as deposit can not be refunded. We are not asking for refund but to move the date of our travel but she refused. We are aware that refund is not possible but we are appealing for the moving of the date of our travel. There is a difference between non-refundable against forfeited. We are not asking our deposit back but to go on with that travel on a different date after my chemo-theraphy.Desired Settlement: I never wanted to get a cancer. It was unfortunate that I was diagnosed a bladder cancer stage 4 that requires immediate treatment. Oncologist said that my health would be at risk if I go home to Philippines while under chemo-theraphy. I'm not asking for a refund , I want to move the date of travel on May 2014 hoping for my successful treatment. Thank you for your kind assistance and immediate action to this matter.

Response:

Spoke to the passenger explaining his situation that the $350 non refundable deposit or down payment only covers the penalty in case of refund or reissuing the ticket to a new date. This condition was stipulated on the itinerary given to them when they agreed to the terms and conditions of our layaway program and on 13 AUGUST 2013 , family member came to our office and paid the NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and advised FULL PAYMENT is required 7 Days prior to departure of which the balance is not yet paid. Had the balance been fully paid before hand, then we can talk about "CHANGING THE DATE OF TRAVEL" and will try to be considerate on the reissue fee.
