The information given is in complete disagreement with what the rest of the industry says about traveling in a car with oxygen. They'll say, "If you end up at the coroner's office, don't blame us." Hard to believe this company remains in business. Everywhere online, they receive one-star reviews, with good reason.

Review: on 9/06/2014 Ordered and paid for a 02 concentrator for air line use for oct.3 thru oct.17 2014.My Daughter broke her ankle and needed surgery 0n 9-20, 2014.I called and cancelled the order on 9-22 2014. 12 days before our flight.They won't return our calls or fax.The machine never was delivered and after 2 weeks of calling a Man named [redacted] finally called and told my wife we could reschedule or pay cancellation fee of 140.00.We have called them 4 times since Monday 10-20 2014 and they won't return our calls.We want to reschedule our trip From 11-01-2014 to 11-17 2014.[redacted]'s phone # was [redacted] but he won't answer either.PLEASE HELP US!Desired Settlement: I want to reschedule delivery of the Concentrator

Review: I have a catastrophic illness that requires that I am on oxygen 24/7. On June 22, 2013 I placed an order with Travel 02 for a rental of an oxygen concentrator that I was going to need for a trip to Canada. My intent was to fly and airlines will only allow oxygen concentrators to be carried onto and used on the plane. I spoke with someone named "[redacted]". He said he had a unit available and he would need a prescription from my doctor and a check in the amount of $395.00. I sent him a check that day and the prescription a few days later. Within a week my travel plans changed and had decided to drive with a relative instead of flying. I called Travel 02 immediately and left a message (they usually never answer and messages are required). I called back the next day and spoke with [redacted] and he said that if I got a note from my doctor cancelling the prescription my money would be refunded. I sent the cancelled prescription immediately but never heard back from them. I called several times leaving a message each time. No calls were returned. On July 14th I wrote a letter telling them again that the unit was not required and requested that my money be refunded. In the meantime, since my calls were not returned, my sister called and left a message. Her call was returned by [redacted] the next day. She was told that he had received the letter and my money would be refunded. Since then, there has been no response from them at all. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $395.00. I have attached copies of my cancelled check, my prescriptions and my letter.Desired Settlement: Full refund in the amount of $395.00
