She keeps telling et to call back talk with Megan(female). they scammed for $90.00 USD, and refuse to refund it. Review: This company misrepresents itself as the State Department and is the top result when one searches for "passport application" online. This company charges users $90 to input information on a passport application. They promise expedited passport application processing but all they do is take your information and import it into a passport application. Which a user can do for free at the official state department site. This company is engaged in willful misrepresentation and false advertising. It is apparent that this company is trying to deceive consumers due to the fact that their web site is the first page returned by an online search. This indicates that they have paid a fee to receive top placement.

My wife was duped by this company and paid $90 for a worthless service. The company does state that they will issue a refund via [redacted] minus an $8 administrative fee. We requested the refund two days ago but have not received the refund or communication from the company.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of $90 returned to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Review: I filled out two passport applications for my children on 12/3/13 from what appeared to be a legitimate website. I was charged for $180 as expected, but there is no record of my applications. I didn't even receive a confirmation, just a deduction from my bank account. I emailed them to request a refund. They stated that they would reimburse me via [redacted], but have not done so. I've asked via email for a phone number so that I can speak to someone, and my request is being ignored. This has been going on for weeks.Desired Settlement: A prompt refund of $180.

Review: The nature of the complaint is numerous. The company purposely mimics a real organization, so they are able to unfortunately profit on consumer mistakes. The web site changes the data content. The company failed to honor refund agreement. The company failed to provide 'accurate' service. You may cancel your application for our service at any time up until we have processed your application and completed our service. If you cancel before we have processed your application, we will issue a full refund. MY NOTE: The process has not completed as I have not returned the signed document to their requested address.... Review: I needed to expedite a passport that is expired the website I came across stated they had fast responses. I filled out the application and recd an email confirming within 24-48 hours I would receive paperwork to mail in. Not only did I not get any paperwork but I emailed 2 different times asking questions which I did not get a response. So after the 48 hours I did not get anything I emailed asking to refunds money for the 90.00 fee I got charged for processing. They emailed immediately saying they can only refund partial since the application was processed which I emailed and never got a response . Then they said they can only refund to a bank account and I needs to provide my banks name and account number and routing number. Their website clearly states they will refund after the application is processed by [redacted] not by crediting my account . I do not want my account info out their and they clearly are not upholding their FAQ on refunds and now are refusing to credit me unless I send them account info which I do not feel safe providing .

Review: I used this website to renew my passport online thinking it was the government website, it does state on the website it is not affiliated with the US Government, however, it links sites off the US Gov. page and states that it provides the same Passport service. It says that you fill out the paperwork (which I did and is the exact same paperwork as that on the governments page) and then they will send you paperwork in the mail and you send it back completed, with a photo to process your passport. However, this is not at all what they do. They send you a PDF of the paperwork you filled out, (what they sent me was not even properly filled out in accordance to what I typed in) and that is all that they do. I am now out 90.00 and have not received basically anything for my money. I have attempted contact through the only way in which they provide (email) three times now with no response at all. Each time I have demanded a full refund. They state on their website that if you are unhappy with their services they will refund you full amount unless they have already processed the application and then they will charge you 8.00 and refund the rest to a [redacted] account. That is all fine and good, however if they never contact me to gain that information there is no way in which they can refund me. I browsed around after falling into this scam and saw that many others had written reports on fraud-reporting websites that this same thing had happened to them. It's worrisome because they have very personal information about me, including my social, my bank account information, my address and my passport number which I lost, not to mention my 90.00.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my 90.00 due to their misrepresentation of service, I also firmly believe this site should be shut down. They are misleading customers, and probably stealing private information about individuals.

Review: I applied for a passport through this website on October 9th, 2013. I paid $69.55 via [redacted] card. I then received a confirmation email stating I would receive documents within 24-48 hours. (I still have this email) I never did. Due to the government shutdown I suspected a delay. I never did receive anything and I tried to email them. I was told to call the National Passport Service where they had no record of my application. I was then informed they do not accept applications online. I have again tried to email the company and I am not getting a response. I then had to go to the passport office and apply for a passport, I was informed I had to expedite the application costing me an additional $90. This is unacceptable of a company to not submit your request, not respond to your emails, they don't have a contact phone number on their website, take your payment and then it cost the consumer $90 because they did not deliver.

I submitted a refund dispute through my bank but I would also like the $90 I had to pay to expedite my passport.

Review: This company does not deliver on passports. No contact information (phone) is listed. In order to receive a refund they ask for your bank account, branch location, bank name and routing number.Desired Settlement: this company be shut down. it is masquerading as the government site for passports.

Review: I filled out the online application for a passport for my daughter, who was leaving on deployment with the US Navy for ten months, within three weeks from the filing date.

I completed all the forms on their website, and I submitted my credit card information, and submitted it. Within an hour my daughter called and told me that she had just completed the forms herself early that day. I immediately submitted the request for a refund along with the explanation why, and sent it to them. They're return policy stated that a refund would

be given excluding a $10.00, processing fee. A day later I received an email asking for my checking account number, and the routing number so that they could process my refund.

I submitted all of the necessary information, and waiting to hear back from them, after two weeks I sent another letter requesting a status, and I received an email back stating

that they would contact the refund department to see what was causing the delay. I never heard back from them again I've sent them too more emails since then, and I have not received a response to either one. The total cost was $90.00.Desired Settlement: If I cannot get my refund back, I would at least like to make sure that others know their shady business practices.

Review: I applied for a passport renewal on March 1, 2014. The website displayed the right form for me to fill out to get a renewal on passport. I fill out the form and paid a fee of $90 plus a transaction fee. Once the form and fee was paid a received an email telling me, I would receive information in 7- 14 business day with an envelope to send my new passport picture and booklet in to process my booklet with picture. I checked on the status and was directed to call the state department to ask about the status of my passport. This is when I found out I was scammed by Travel State Passport West . I would like for everyone to know not to make the same mistake and get their money stolen from them.

Review: Falsely advertising express passport service for 1st child passport application. I was charged $90 per transaction (2) and only got a filled out application-that I did online-emailed to me...it is not possible to expedite 1st time passports for children...I asked company for refund and they want personal bank info etc...I believe this business is a scam...they would simply need to issue credit back to cc used, if they weren't fraudulent.Desired Settlement: To received $180 in the form of a check or money order as refund for services never received
