Review: I bought 4 air tickets from them for my wife kids and myself. I could not travel as my dad was terminally ill and passed away eventually. We called and email the company several times. but they failed to return our calls.

At this point we called Air India and they did manage to refund our money but the put the credit on the agents credit card. So she has taken money from us and also recieved refund from airlines.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my 1200 $ plus that she charged to book my ticket. As I never traveled and the airlines has refunded [redacted] from the company. thanks,
