Thank you again for bringing this to our attention [redacted] is correctShe is not a member and I apologize for the confusionIn addition I will find out who this company is and send them a Cease and Desist! They are NOT allowed to use our name in this manor at all It is habbit for me to use the term member becasue Travel To Go is a members only company, so it is just habbitI appologize A company that has been in business for years with over 60,members we do not allow such behavior We would like to apologize on behalf of the company that did this to her and assure her that they are not acting on behalf of Travel To Go [redacted] can rest assured that we will address this matter as soon as we find out who the company is that is doing this Thank you again for the information it will help us stop these people from doing this to anyone else Thank you, [redacted] Compliance Manager Travel To Go

8/22/, Won a raffle sponsored by Red Riderz MCit was a poker run,lost at that !But purchased a raffle ticket, several in fact, some of the things raffled was TV's, dinners, etcone was Travel to go, hot weeks, which I won ! Surprise ! I never win anything ! So the sponsors of the event said this was a Great Deal, how many times have you heard that , to find its not so great As it turns out pick a trip on Hot Weeks to Genoa NVDavid Walley's Hot Spring Resort, give the staff stars, house keeping stars, extra soggy lawn stars, room with private patio stars, staff at Travel to Go stars as well, very nice ! will return for another stay loved the area ! only cons were grass, no table in room to eaton, out dated TVThank You travel to go ! This is issue will take a bit of explaining but at the end you will see that the issues she has made the complaint about have all been resolved before she placed this complaintWhich is why we don't feel this is a valid complaintWe should not
be given a complaint on things that have already been resolved
As for her issue of the good faith deposit refund request *** was told on several occasions that we need her request for refund in writing and once we get it then we will issue the refund
She has yet to send us that so that we may process the refund
The second issue she is claiming is the insurance policyIt is clear that we are not the holders of the policyShe was guided on how to file everythingWe were notified by the insurance company of her claim and we sent back the paper work they requested of us the same day which was on 2/11/Our part was done when we were sent the request
Just to let you know that this started as kind of a mess and we did our very best to get *** and her family on the trip they requestedAll was booked properly by us and all was good on our endHowever *** had some situations that took place with in her family that caused her to need to use the insurance
While we understand how frustrating a trip interruption or change can be, we are not liable for things happening that cause these issuesThis is why we offer and encourage the insurance for trips
I am not able to tell you the status of her claim because we have no control over that
I also show on several occasions that *** has been called when she has left a message or she has been spoken to when she called
She was never happy with the answers she got from our staff and therefore continued to call trying to get different answers
I am left only to believe that is why she has filed this complaintShe is still looking for a different out come rather than accepting the reality of her request
She needs to follow the terms of the insurance in order to get her claim paid
As far as on our end we cannot do anymore than we have done
If she wants her Good faith deposit refund, then again she needs to follow the terms and send in her request so that it may be processed
As a company for years we have systems in place and we have to follow the rules and regulations set forth so that we can keep track of everything we do
We look forward to this matter being resolved and our account noted as such
We also look forward to *** and her family booking an actual vacation with us through the main part of her program which is the condo program
She booked a cruise that was an incentive cert given to her by the sales center

I am a little confused This company wants me to spend nearly $for a discount lifetime travel membership They claim discounts of up to 75% for travel They have stated they have been in business for years They claim a Revdex.com A+ rating Why are there no reviews either positive, neutral or negative for this business? This does not bode well for their Revdex.com rating Surly someone liked their services! Can ratings be bought or made up? I am trying to figure out if they are legitimate I would like feed back on this business, Please respond
