Review: Today is April **, 2014 and I am writing this complain to request for a full refund of $4,090 for the following 3 tickets to which I never received the final reservations:

I contacted Prince Service Travel Inc. / Travel Treat, Inc. to purchase 3 tickets on February **, 2014. The only reason I contacted this company was because our travel agent was recently diagnosed with cancer and is no longer available.

But since February **, 2014 I have been sent numerous temporary tickets, with temporary reservations. Below are all the different Airlines Reservations Codes I received through E-Tickets and over the phone.

We have been traveling with Qatar for years, so we are not inexperienced with buying tickets.

Their agents [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] have spoken to me over the phone many times regarding the tickets.

Each time this company has given me fake reservations, fake e-ticket which only showed our reservation for 24 hrs. and then nothing pulled up on Qatar Airways’ website.

Each time I called regarding this issue, the company issued me a new ticket and new reservation code, and then the same would get repeated.

On one occasion, right after I made the full payment, the agent [redacted] called me and said that reservation for August [redacted] for [redacted] has been canceled and you have to fly on the August 2nd.

The next few days I spent arguing with your company that I need to travel with the rest of my family which is traveling on August [redacted]. The agent told me that because of cancellation there are no more seats available for August [redacted]. I went to Qatar’s website and checked, the entire airplane was empty. So I called the company and told [redacted] the same, after many rejections, [redacted] finally said, “Ok, we will do something and send you the new ticket with August [redacted] reservation by tonight.”

The next day I got another temporary ticket, which only showed our reservation for 24 hrs. and then again nothing pulled up on Qatar Airways’ website.

I called the office regarding this issue. [redacted] said, “No you have the wrong tickets, here are your new reservation codes, try these”. We tried the new reservation code which I noted over the phone. The same thing was repeated.

After I got new tickets, I requested over the phone, and in email that I wanted a receipt for the payment I made to the company. On each call, I was told by either [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] that the invoice will be sent to me shortly.

Today is April[redacted], 2014 and I still do not have the final tickets or the receipt. In fact, yesterday I was sent a receipt from [redacted], which does not state to whom the payment was made, it has no company name, no signatures, and no logos. It is not an official receipt from the company.

On March**, 2014 I wrote a long email regarding my frustration, but got no reply from the company or any of the agents.

That same night I got new tickets from Travel Treat, Inc.

Those tickets showed on Qatar’s website for a few days, but two days ago I checked again and they are no longer valid reservations. On April **, 2014 I called the office and spoke to [redacted] about this. He said “what is your ticket number?” we told him the ticket number from the final tickets which your company last sent us, he said “No, I have different ticket numbers and different reservation numbers” so we told him that we no longer want the tickets, we want a refund.

I no longer wish to purchase the 3 tickets from this company, therefore I would like to request for a full refund of $4,090 to my account.

I have sent them an email, fax, and mail with my account details requesting that the money be deposited into my account.

I requested them that please don’t make it any more frustrating than it has already become. I also told them to not force me to take legal actions against them.

On April **and **, 2014 I have made calls to [redacted] the Owner of Prince Service Travel Inc. / Travel Treat, Inc. but he did not pick up, I left voice messages, he did not reply. I sent emails, I sent a fax, and I also mailed them the refund request. Neither their agents nor the owner is contacting me back.

I just want the refund to the 3 tickets they never issued me. I want a full refund of $4,090.

I have proof of all our conversations through email. And proof that I made a of deposit $4,090 to their bank account.Desired Settlement: I no longer want them to issue me temporary e-tickets and reservations, I just want a full refund of $4,090.

Review: On [redacted] January I contacted travel treat Inc to arrange air ticket for my family . They were traveling on immigrant visa from Islamabad Pakistan to Albuquerque New Mexico. They were four people named [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted]. Travel Treat Inc sent us reservation code for these passengers through my email. When I tried to pay them by credit card they said we will charge you 4 percent axtra. I told them I never heard of this. They forced me to transfer money in their account. Unfortunately I transfer $3144.00 from my account to their bank account. My family was suppose to travel on [redacted] February 2014. Their flight time was 3: 40 am. My relatives-and family in Pakistan did not sleep night before. When around eighty people went to airport to say good bye to my family, every body was crying emotionally. Because they did not know when they will see them again.They were making videos and taking pictures because it was a historical and memorable moment for every body. When my family went to airline counter, they told them no ticket has been issued to these names. Every body was shocked. Then I contacted Travel Treat Inc Immediately and asked them for help. They said we will do some thing. When boarding time was over. Travel Treat did not call me back. Finally I got hold of them and I asked them please tell me that my family should go home or wait there. It was freezing night. They said they will arrange another tickets in next couple of days. I call them many many time but never call me back, Some times they put me on hold for hours and hours. And sometime they say we will call you back and they never. Then I arranged tickets for my family from different travel agency. Thanks God they are here with us in United States. After that I contacted to New York attorney General to help me to get my money back from Travel Treat Inc. Attorney Office wrote me a letter that they tried to contact number of times in written and by phone to travel treat. After three months New York attorney office wrote me a letter saying Travel treat Inc never replied them back against their complain. They suggested me that I can go to court. It is surprising for me they even don't listen to State attorney General. They are not afraid of any body. I called New York police they also told me they cant do any thing. Every one saying I need to take them in the court.

I asked you people to help me to get my money back. I will be very thankful to you.Desired Settlement: I do not want this company to do business who deceive people and mantle y torture them.

Review: [redacted] who is the head of a division in Travel Treat Inc. owes me a refund for a charge totaling $20,747.00 USD on my credit card that was charge on Oct [redacted] 2012. I have evidence for the intention of his company to repay all of the money to me including his verbal and written commitments to refund my money. The original arrangement was for them to refund me the money within 24hours of the charge. On the night of Oct [redacted] a group of people, among whom was my father, where leaving for a journey that was arranged by [redacted]. At the airport, 14 of the people were told that their seats were cancelled with the explanation that Travel Treat and [redacted] did not provide the adequate funds needed to the hold the seats. All of the people had given their money to Travel Treat prior to this day with the confirmation that their seats were purchased and reserved. They were told the only way they can get on the flight was to purchase the tickets again on the spot. Immediately [redacted] was contacted and informed of this, instead of offering Travel Treat Inc's credit card, he told everyone to make arrangements to repurchase the tickets using their own credit cards. To support my father and re-purchase his ticket, I had provided my credit card information over the phone. Subsequently my card ended up being charged for 6 tickets and I had spoken to [redacted] within 1 hour of this occurrence and he had assured me that the money would be refunded within 24 hours. The original funds that each passenger paid were still in Travel Treat Inc's possession and therefore there should not have been any reason why my money was not returned immediately. Then after 24 hours [redacted] began to change his promises, he then requested my Visa credit card statement before any money was refunded. I then submitted my statement to him which totaled $20,747 USD, he then began stalling and daily provided excuses for not returning my money and I have documented emails, text messages and a voicemails that indicate his delay in refund and continued false intentions to return my money. Then finally after great pressure and threats of legal action he returned $10,395.80 on December [redacted] 2012 . Since that time he again is continuing to stall, promising each time within one to two days that the remaining money will be sent of $10,351.20. Interest charges at 6.5% are a part of the total balance which he and the president of the company [redacted] have promised to return. I have continued to the pressure them and have prepared to file a complaint through the Attorney General Office of NY (consumer fraud division), but they still have not returned the funds. I need this money back. I request any assistance on the matter. He has also committed fraud on other people in a similar manner that were a part of this original travel group, including not refunding the money for one person who could not travel because his ticket was cancelled and he was unable to provide funds to purchase again. As well, all of the group members paid [redacted] money for a standard of accommodation which he did not provide and they too have claims against him.Desired Settlement: Return of the my money and my family members money. The person who did not even travel on this voyage because [redacted] 'bad check' as the airline had put it bounced and my family member could not travel all together on this flight. He is owed $5500 USD as well.

Review: I purcahsed 5 tickets from travel treat inc on ** july 2011 for * october 2011 of US Airways flight no [redacted] Austin,TX to Charlotte,NC which was connected flight to JFK,NY flight no US [redacted] which was connected to Lahore, Pakistan from PIA flight no [redacted] and then was connected to Karachi,Pakistan PIA was airlines and flight no was [redacted].

Passenger names were : [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted].

We cancelled this ticket before three days of going, and we asked for our refund from them. They said that if we will take refund , there will be cancellation charges and if we will not take refund they will issue us this ticket whenever we want.There is not any time limit. Now we are planning to visit pakistan so we called them and tell them that we need five tickets for these passengers to pakistan. Now they are not issuing ticket to us nor they are giving my refund back. I tried alot and request them alot but they are just not giving us. We have all the proof of payments and their papers of reservation also.I talked to them today and told them that whether issue me the tickets or I will report about you, they said do whatever you can do. My friend advise me to contact you guys and said that you will be able to help me in this problem. The person who booked my ticket is [redacted] and the [redacted]'s name is [redacted] and the person who told me that they will give me tickets instead of refund on present time price was the [redacted], named [redacted].Desired Settlement: We need our either our five tickets to pakistan or our money back

Review: On November **,

2013, I paid travel agency ( Travel Treat INC ) to arrange a religious trip to Saudi Arabia for me.

Although multiple requests were made for a full itinerary of my trip, such requests were ignored.

Further, numerous inquiries were made regarding when I would be provided with my

stamped passport and visa. The responses to these requests were either untimely or ignored. My passport was

not provided until the day before I was due to depart via train to Washington D.C. in preparation for my

flight leaving from Dulles Airport the following evening. This caused me extreme anxiety and concern

as I was leaving for a fully paid international flight without a passport or visa in my hands until two days

prior to my scheduled departure.

En route to Washington D.C., I was informed the flight was postponed from Friday, January **,

2014 until Monday, January **, 2014. This would essentially cut down my 10 day trip to a 6 day trip, despite

having hired the agency and paid travel agency for a 10 day trip. At the last minute, the travel agency offered to have me take

a Friday night flight with no clear information being provided regarding my hotel accommodations and

transportation arrangements upon arrival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Failure to make these arrangements, as

the agency were obligated to do, amounts to a breach of contract for which I want to pursue damages

against Travel agency.

Due to lack of diligence and failure to perform on the contract, I had no choice but to

cancel my trip in its entirety as no adequate arrangements had been made or confirmed for my trip. As a result,

I am entitled to a 100% refund of my monies.

I have attempted to address the issue of refunds with the travel agency with no avail. It has

been over 30 days and has yet I have to receive a refund. I was informed via email on February *, 2014 that my

refund request was sent to the refund department and would be issued shortly. To date, I have not

received my funds.Desired Settlement: I want my $ 1800.00 fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
