Two tickets were purchased for [redacted] for a day trip by the father of the daughter who is making the complaint against [redacted] A few weeks before the trip the daughter called me up and stated that her parents were flying out to [redacted] from **because her father was going to be Godfather for her son and her parents would not be able to make the [redacted] tripThe daughter asked for a refund for the two tickets her father had purchasedKeep in mind they bought tickets last year and once again asked for a refundAt that time I had turned all the money over to the bus company and ended up giving the money back out of my pocket I explained to the daughter that the same thing happened last year and asked why her parents keep buying tickets when they have no intention of going on the tripI told the daughter I would call her back in a few days after I had a chance to do some research I called the daughter back and told her to send me a copy of the airline tickets and I would refund the full amountThe daughter quickly said her parents were going to drive from [redacted] to [redacted] I knew at that point that the daughter was just telling me a storyIt was obvious she was lying.The day of the trip I called the parents house times and they were at home So it was clear that they did not drive to [redacted] The daughter called me a few more times after the trip and asked about the moneyShe began to threaten me and well as raising her voice to me She said she would blacken my name in the [redacted] I tried to talk to the daughter but it was impossible She would not let me get in a word I finally was able to tell her there would be no refund The daughter is nothing but a liar and I am not going to refund any moneyKeep in mind this is the second year this has happened for the same trip.The store [redacted] who sells my bus tickets have nothing to do with my businessThey are just doing a service for me free of charge since I do not speak Polish and the trips are for those in the [redacted] I don't know what was said when the tickets were bought but I believe her father was told there would be no refund.I have refunded money many times to people who have an honest reason for not being able to attend a trip
