I invested $7500 with Travel World Vacation property company.[redacted] was the person involved. He told me I would receive 15% every six months. He sent me a check for the amount of $1125 two times. I contacted him after numerous phone calls. I told him I had sent certified letters to him and they were returned as undeliverable. I told him I wanted my principle and interest paid back to me. He said it would be ok but he would have to sell my contract. I have not been able to contact him or his office. He knows my phone number and address. He could have contacted me if he wanted to. He owes me $9750 and will owe me another $1125 in December. He is involved in Data Resource Center, which has 65 complaints with the Revdex.com.Product_Or_Service: Investment in ResortDesired SettlementI want my principle and interest due me as of July 2014 ($9750) NOWBusiness Response [redacted] signed up for our program 5 years ago he was serviced and was given a return. He signed up for several coaching and mentoring programs one which was ours.I asked him to send agreement so I could help he never did . This was two years ago recently he called saying we owe him money not true. Please send agreement I will be happy to help.
I invested $30,000 for a 20% return in 2012 to be paid on Oct. 28, 2013. A stop payment was put on the 2 checks of $18,242.00 sent to me in Nov. 2013.I wired $30,000 to [redacted] of Travel World Vacations /[redacted]. The note was to mature on Oct. 28, 2013. I wrote letters to [redacted] and [redacted], but as of March 28, 2014, I have not received my money. [redacted] changed the date to pay me several times. [redacted] has not talked to me by phone since Oct. 28, 2013 when she promised to check into why I had not received my money.Desired SettlementI want my $30,000 plus the 20% return up to the date I'm paid the money. I want restitution for interest accrued for tax extensions and a line of credit that I had to finance.Business Response [redacted] was given an option. She decided to take a different course of action. The day Travel World sent out the check she reported fraud on our Company. [redacted] never payed her membership that was owed.8,488.00 is owed for a four year membership. [redacted] has been a part of our network for a four year period. Our company no longer have a partnership with the project she invested in . We are currently in a law suite that was filed 3/4/14.This response was sent from a cell phone please disregard any spelling or run on sentences.Consumer Response World Travel Vacations / [redacted] offered investment in [redacted]. My investment fee was 30,000. There were no other fees. I removed myself from these [redacted] until the company called me again 2 years later in 2012. I was not with them a consecutive 4 years. My note was to be paid on Oct. 28, 2013. It has not been paid. I sent you (Revdex.com) the bogus checks (Stop Payment) and fake contracts signed. I complained to [redacted] in North Carolina. I never mentioned fraud. [redacted] and [redacted] ([redacted]) [redacted] cannot be found. Other investors have complained to the [redacted] as well. This company owes me more than $36,000. I don't owe them fees. [redacted] is lying and cannot be found. I have contracts detailing the investment. There are no fees.Final Business Response No one drag her back into this program.We are a training company that helps investors locate deals. I helped [redacted] on several different projects. She owes the membership, once that is paid we will be glad to work with her.
