Review: I used Ms. [redacted] of Travelzworld to plan and book a trip to Italy. I had multiple issues with the airline reservations and Eurail passes as well as with my itinerary. These problems and the extra expenses I incurred demonstrated a lack of professionalism and general lack of competency on the part of Ms. [redacted].My primary and specific concern at this time is Ms. [redacted]'s failure to follow through on a refund for two hotel rooms, which she guaranteed to be reimbursed 100% within two weeks. The cancellations were made mid May giving her well over forty five days to follow through. I also requested a receipt of the original booking as well as verification on the cancellation to no avail.In trying to resolve this matter, I contacted [redacted]/American Express, which Ms. [redacted] claims she is an affiliate of. They have no record of her as an affiliate. Perhaps I am not correct in my understanding of this affiliation (she represents this on her voice mail recording). Nonetheless, I think this matter also needs to be cleared up and am asking for clarification.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I would like 1) verification of the original hotel bookings and credit card charges; 2) verification including date of the cancellation; 3) a full refund for the amounts charged. I would also like proof of her business license and proof of her affiliation with American Express/[redacted]
