Horrible experienceUsed them to book a group for my weddingThey said they would offer free upgrade for every rooms booked based upon availabilityThey lied, did not get an upgrade and the resort had availability We would get room comped per every rooms bookedThey liedOur travel agent, Rainey, was difficult to communicate with most of my group and they had to do all the work to find the low rate instead of him doing the workHe said that it was based off of a stay at *** however when I booked my room first you think he would be honest and state that my first booked room would not count and neither would any other rooms countHE LIED AND DECEIVED AND SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB
Michelle [redacted] was our travel agent for a large group heading to Mexico . We stayed at [redacted] Seaside Suites. The immenities were awesome and Michelle was in touch all the way! Would definitely use this company again.
I would like to first of all thank Brandi for doing such a wonderful job! She really helped make my wedding booking extremely easy . She would respond to emails on Sundays. Nights ... Whenever. I will definitely be using their services again for any future vacation bookings and highly recommend them for anyone planning a destination wedding .
My family and I had several issues with this company. We used them for our destination wedding in Cabo and wished we would've used someone else. First, our wedding website they made for us had several spelling errors. Second, they increased the prices on us after we had told our friends and family how much it would've been and had made our wedding invitations. And they didn't even warn us or let us know about the increase! Third, we found the same hotel we were staying at on [redacted]mx for half the price and they didn't want to price match. Our travel agent, brianna [redacted], gave us a lie that the price we found was for Mexican citizens and that we would have to prove we were Mexican citizens at the hotel. It was total **. None of us, who were all American citizens, had any issues with the price from [redacted]mx. Our friends and family saved a lot of money by searching our hotel on [redacted]mx and not using travel zap. Finally, brianna forgot to send the flight info of my mother and brother to the transportation company in Cabo that would pick them up from the airport and take them to the hotel. My family was stranded in the airport for several hours trying to figure out how to get to our hotel. We were constantly calling and texting brianna and travel zap to figure out was was going on with the transportation and nobody answered. Not even their emergency number! So my family had to pay another transportation company at the airport, which we had already paid for with travel zap. The next day another travel zap agent called us to apologize and brianna didn't even have the nerve to talk to us. If I could give zero stars I would and I recommend you find another travel agent. Travel zap added more stress to our wedding than we needed.

My daughter and I worked specifically with Michelle [redacted] for our trip to Negril, Jamaica. It started out as a group trip for my daughter's wedding and then turned into just a trip for me, my daughter and grandson. First, let me say that Michelle [redacted] is extremely good at what she does. We really appreciated her timely responsiveness, even on the weekends...just when you think she is off and won't get your message until the next business day, she responds (on Sunday) by email! There's never any long wait with Michelle! She handled every inquiry and modification (and we had a lot of changes/requests,etc) with grace and a positive attitude. She never brushed off anything we asked for or needed. I know that we drove her nuts, but you would never ever know it by the way she handled everything for us. There were no mishaps and she was very knowledgeable about the resort and what we should expect. If she didn't know, she made the effort to find out and confirmed the information immediately. As a side note, she followed up with us after the trip to make sure we were happy and everything went well. This is the topping on the cake...it's like sending that "thank you" note after an interview...it's what makes you stand out among the other candidates and this is what Michelle did as our travel agent...she stood out as the best! Travel Zap should be thrilled to have her as part of their team because she is a true professional and for all those reading this message...Michelle [redacted] at Travel Zap is the travel professional you want to handle your travel arrangements.
