I bought a Whitehawk in only to find out that Traveland sold me a trailer that was unsafe to use on roads or highways due to a awning recalI found this out when my awning would not workI was away and I called Traveland and the service dept really Dropped the ball by not calling me back even looking into this issueI contacted the owners Son Kris and explained my situation to him and he seemed like he cared and would look into it and call me backWhile I waited I did my own reacher and found the recall and called Traveland right away and told them The recall matched my awnings serial number but they basically brushed me off and at that point I was week into trying to get my awning fixed while I was away camping so I decided to write a google review on the service I was receivingKris them contacted me Back and told me Traveland did everything right when they sold me this unsafe trailer but of course they would fix it for me and get paid from the awning companyA few days later Kris the owners son must have read my review on the terrible service and sent me a email firing me as a customerI emailed kris back asking him to think of this from my point, Traveland put my family at risk for years and they are the ones firing me as a customer cause of a truthful review of the terrible service I was receivingI had my trailer in for servicing over times in years and even had My awning serviced but Traveland never found the recall that I easily foundI would never recommend anyone buy a rv for a place that treats its Customers this was
