Review: I recently used this travel site to book a flight for my daughter [redacted] for September *, 2014. The flight cost $213.09 and the flight was successful. On September **,2014 another charge for the same amount was deducted from my bank account from this travel site. I called them on the [redacted] and they had no record of my call. I have been working deligently to get my refund back but keep getting feedback stating it takes 7 days to get my money. I will now have to cancel my debit card so that this does not happen to me again. Can you please look into this matter because I don't think based on numerous on-line complaints about this company that they are legit.Desired Settlement: This company owes me $213.09 and if I do not receive my money by Tuesday I want to sue them for this amount.

Review: The end of August I purchased a plane ticket from TravelBuddy247 because they had what seemed to be great prices and was charged for it in the beginning of September by a company called [redacted]. Of course I called and inquired about the suspicious charge. Why would a travel company charge me for a plane ticket under a TV company. Strange! The customer service reps insured me that it was a valid charge. On mid September I get charged the same amount ($300+) directly from travel buddy. 1st... Why was my account info saved so that I was able to be charged 2 weeks later? 2nd... Why didn't they handle the issue the first time I inquired about the charge? Here it is October and I have yet to receive my refund for being charged twice. The customer service reps are foreign of course and are very difficult to understand. They are not helpful at all. I have called literally everyday to find out when my claim was submitted. They won't give me a date so I can know when to expect my refund. I leave for my trip soon and they are still sitting on my vacation money. They say it was a glitch in the system yet I'm paying for their technical mishaps. Every time I request to speak to a supervisor I get excuses like " They are on a call. They are busy. I can handle the situation." This company is not customer service friendly!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! I should have just paid an extra $20 on a different site and not had these issues.Desired Settlement: I would like my funds to redistributed ASAP. I'm tired of waiting around for a refund on a charge that should have never taken place. It has been 2 weeks since I submitted my claim, and I still can't get any answers as to how much longer it will be. I really need this money by the first of next week, Oct. [redacted] or [redacted], before I leave for my trip that they are ruining.

Review: I bought a flight ticket online through TRAVELBUDDY247 from Atlanta to Washington dc via charlotte. The flight was schedule on the September **, 2014 leaving Atlanta 7.59 arrives charlotte 9.15pm and the connecting flight to Washington Dc was scheduled for 10.09pm arriving Washington at 11.23 pm. Due to some unforeseen circumstances US Airways was not able to make that flight. Since I had to be in Washington that day they advised me to book for another flight with any other airline and they will refund my full flight fare to travelbuddy247. I have called US Airways and they told me they already refunded the money to TravellBuddy247 and they even gave me an ACM No. for the transaction which is [redacted]. I have called Travellbuddy247 so many times. Its been more three months now that I have been calling Travelbuddy247. The first time I called they told me to give them 45 days to process my reimbursement. Its been more than 45 days and yet I still can't get my money. I was advised by US Airways to contact Revdex.com for this complain since they can't do anything. I will be very happy if my case is given the attention that it deserves.
