Unable to get a warranty issue resolved
I bought a *** New Yorker luggage set from this vendor thru the Walmart websiteI used it on vacation this month for the first time and it became defectiveI followed the instructions on the warranty instructions attached to the item with no response

I purchased a luggage from them with a warranty - the luggage handle broke upon first useI filed a complaint on 7/and have not heard back
It was a ince large purple hard shell luggage bagHave not heard from the business and have waited over the buiness days they say they need to provide a resolution to the warranty claimMy emails keep falling on deaf ears as this company has yet to respond to me or give me an update at the very least

Bought luggage set from Costco online, had it sent to our homeWe like the set, but during last trip, one of the wheels fell off and I contacted Mfg., who informed me to follow their warranty claim form steps, including everything or they wouldn't processSo I did just that, sent everything they asked for in April, they said it takes up to days to process, that was on April 28th
I sent the mfgall the information took pictures and they said they would get back to me, it's been over month so I contacted them again, and still have received NO replyI even told them, just send me the screw that holds the wheel on, I don't need the entire luggage piece to be replacedThat's all I need because it's not a screw that is carried in any local hardware stores, otherwise I would have fixed it myselfPain's in the (fill in) to deal with
