Travelers Auto Insurance Company

Review: In Jan 2013 I changed insurance companies. I gave Travelers ample notice and made the change. The change and time frame is acknowledged by my present insurance company, [redacted]. [redacted]. I then got a call from Travelers and they norpted it as a proper time frame. 8 months later I received a letter from their collection agency asking for payment. The manager of this department passed my name along when he agreed to the situation. My insurance company called to complete the procedure.Desired Settlement: A letter of apology and removal of credit report.
