A response was sent to [redacted] ***, February 5, from Travelers [redacted] Business Center as follows: "Thank you for your recent inquiry to Travelers through the Revdex.com I apologize that you are not satisfied with the timing of the notification that Travelers provided in regards to the non-renewal of your homeowner’s policyThe regulations in place, set by the Department of Insurance of [redacted] , specify that an insurer must send the notice of non-renewal days before the date of non-renewalPer the date on the notice, the notice was mailed on December 13, 2013, days before the date of non-renewal Again, I am sorry we were not able to honor your request to extend coverage past your non-renewal date."
