On October 2, 2016 I sent a letter of complaint to CEO James R[redacted] in regards to customer service, lack of honoring a registration and lack of respect from a person in upper management. Needless to say that as of today, no response has been provided. No customer should feel disrespected. The agency needs serious training on customer care and customer service and as simple courtesy respond to a letter of complaint.
I sent a letter letter to EO CEO James Ridgway on May 5, 2016. Unfortunately this space is not large enough to include the entire letter. The key points about which I wrote are:
- False advertising
- Substandard accommodations
- Invasive and inappropriate behavior from the tour guide and one of the ministers
- Lack of integrity by one of the ministers
