Good afternoon, [redacted] and [redacted] purchased a Travel Club Membership through Travelers International on 03/07/in the amount of $2,at which time they put a down payment of $1,with the balance of $1,due to Travelers International on 04/15/15.Upon receipt of the final payment their account would be activated.Per the state of Washington's requirements the customer's right to cancel their contract is business days.Notice of cancellation was received on 04/07/(well past the time for cancellation).Phone contact was made with [redacted] on 04/14/who was advised of the right of cancellation [redacted] advised that she understood, but still wanted a refund.As a courtesy, the customer's membership was activated on 04/14/15, their membership was updated to a Platinum Membership which allotted them unlimited weeks, and the balance due of $1,was waived.The customers were sent an email on 04/14/providing them with their login credentials to the website.We believe that we have gone above and beyond in resolving this issue thought we were legally not obligated to do so.Thank you,Bethe' B [redacted] , CFO
