inspection that is correct, we came across an electrical issue, we were not able to get her in due to this issue, which was explained to her. Second inspection was done on March 13, 2017 and approved by A SAHA Inspector. Mrs. [redacted] was notified of approval and was asked to come in to the office to pick up keys and bring the amount stated on her SAHA paper work ($50.00). Because Mrs. [redacted] stated she did not have any money on March 13, 2017, Mrs. [redacted] was given apartment keys and was asked to write a letter stating, when she could pay rent. Even though Mrs. [redacted] stated in writing she could pay rent on March 20, 2017, Mrs. [redacted] brought current rent on March 17, 2017(March's rent $50.00 were due on approval day). Rent is due on the first no later than the fifth and on the 6th we provide a 3 day notice, if rent is not paid. As far as any entry to apartment, it is stated in the Lease Agreement Paragraph #28 When we may enter. Cameo House Apartments received SAHA paper work on April 14, 2017 and as per SAHA paper work she does not pay any RENT. Cameo House Apartments will be refunding any and all money due to Mrs. [redacted].Thank you,[redacted], Property Manager.
