I was in Orly airport Wednesday Oct 17th 4p.m.. I was sent incorrect itinerary by Vayama.com. My flight was actually Thursday Oct 18th at 8:30 p.m.. I went to the Travelliance counter at Orly Airport (outside of Paris, France) for assistance. Both of the older women working there were rude. Including a list of events. I was on the phone with Norwegian to try to figure out where I would sleep for the night. I tried to give the phone to the woman behind the counter, after, the woman from norwegian on the phone asked to speak with her...the woman behind the counter from travelliance said it was not her job?!?!?! She then decided to speak with the woman on the phone after giving me a hard time about it and was extremely polite to the woman on the phone. She told me after hanging up with her I would have to wait 45 min or so for her to book my hotel, car arrangements, but she was just silent after hanging up the phone for a good couple of min before I had to prompt the answer out of her. Also, I was charging my cell phone behind the counter while I was on the phone with Norwegian and the other woman behind the counter was asking for their phone back and told me to use my dead cell phone and charge it elsewhere. I felt like I was being high school bullied by two middle aged women. I am a girl in my late twenties.I went to the bathroom after all this and tried to charge my phone elsewhere gor a little while. I came back to che k thr status of everything to come back to an indifferent answer of I will just have to wait. I sat across the ways charging my cell phone sitting with my luggage on the floor because it was the only place I could find a place to charge my phone in this part of the airport. finally a young woman working for the airport, super polite, asked me if I needed assistsnce because she had seen me for hours walking back and forth to this booth and sitting on the floor, and it wasnt a normal thing she sees happening. I asked if she could please get answers by this time it was 9p.m...yes thats correct, 5 hours! She finally gets an answer out if the woman behind the counter and all of a sudden my car was magically on its way. After the young woman haf relayed this to me and walked away the older woman leaves from behind the counter to approach me and tell me she called the car service hours ago and they had been stuck in traffic. It seemed she was suddenly concerned out of fear I would write a complaint. I asked her where to meet my driver. She said she wpuld go upstairs to find out ans come back, which made no sense? This was the last time I saw this woman. That's right! She never came back! A little while later a driver walked in looking around the counter. The young woman had found him after looking for the woman tgat went upstairs never to be seen again. This whole time im still sitting on the floor charging my phone. The young woman brought rhe driver over to me and I askes him how long ago the car was called he said about 30 min ago. At this time it was a little after 9:30p.m. which means this woman called for a car only after the young woman working for the airport asked why I was just sitting there not being helped. This woman intentially took up my whole day to be spiteful or controlling? Classic bullying at its best, wow! I will be asking for some form of reimbursement/compensation for my flights, stress caused and time.
