TRAVELO2

On January 22,2018 I mailed a check overnight to travelo2 for portable oxygen for me to travel on a plane with on January 29,2018,My daughter was told by Tom that if it was sent overnight it would be received in time to travel on the 29 Jan 2018.(it was cashed on January 24,2018)The oxygen machine did not arrive in time so I contacted the company and spoke to tom,he told me there was a storm in Oklahoma and that is why the package was delayed and I needed to change my flight.I told him that was impossible.I contacted fedex and was told that there is no storm that the package was sent to me as regular delivery and it normally took 5-7 days for delivery. I contacted Tom and told him I was having fedex send it back to him, and *** had to get another company to get the equipment from which I did.*** contacted Tom in March 2018 and he said he sent out a check to the NY address and it came back to him (even tho *** gave him the florida address),he said he would send another check to the Fl address.On April 28,2018 my daughter sent an email to the company requesting my refund.On April 30,2018 my daughter received a message from Barbara the accounting manager saying she is not entitled to a refund because it took 5 days to get to me and 6 to return it.It was never delivered to my mom..my daughter *** responded the same day saying Tom told me a refund check was sent out and returned was he lying?On the same day my daughter got a response from Barbara saying that Tom was not lying they did send out a refund check and it was returned,and for my daughter to contact anyone she wanted that they did not rip my mom off,and to say they did is defamation and they will countersue her,this email was signed by Tom Corp Atty.*** told them they are contradicting what they said about my mom not being eligible for a refund yet they already sent one to the wrong address.I *** am writing this complaint on my moms' behalf since she has since then passed away.
