For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am writing to respond to the letter from Ms. [redacted] dated Jan 10, 2016. First, I want note that there are many inaccuracies in Ms. [redacted] letter. When we when to her motel on October 3 , 2014, we was under the impression that it was a Days Inn , because the sign outside was a Days Inn Sign ( it was there even when we left in December 2015. It was my son who sign the lease and made payment to her initially and some months when I was not able to do so. At no time , did I ever said Bernard was mentally challenged. Things were never great as Ms. [redacted] stated. When I would make payment to her and attempted conversation with her, she would say "just give me the money, we don't need to talk". I questions her account of calls to the room and housekeeping knocking on the door. This cant' be, because there was never a phone in the room , neither does she have my phone number. Neither can she produce the housekeeper who came by. Over the course of the year we there, it was not uncommon for us to make the payment a few days late. In fact we seldom made it on the 3rd, and Ms. [redacted] never said anything when payment was made. On December 4th I told Ms. [redacted] that we would be moving out on the 8th. She said we would be owing $160.00. Because of this I decided to move out on the 5th. When I told her I was moving out on the 5th , she said I owe $70.00. I asked her should it not be prorated, because he was renting a monthly room with no furnisher . She said "if you don't like it ,you and Bernard can leave and don't ever come back. I later paid the $70.00 to another person when I left that day. When I when to the motel 6 , she rent me a room one day but refused to rent it the next day. My son made reservation to stay there also. she denied him as well. My son and I do not come as a package, he is capable of renting for himself, and should not be discriminated on because of her perceived misunderstanding with me. Ms. [redacted] is a terrible person! My original complaint is the true details of what happenedThe room was never exterminated as they claim. If it was, it would not have been infested with roaches and bed bugs. The only "extermination" done was on my part. I had to set off foggers every two weeks, at my cost, to try to control the infestation. I was packed and ready to move a month prior to leaving, due to the filthy conditions and ignored complaints. I also informed Rob, the maintenance man, a month prior to the incident with my dog, that I would be leaving. I did not leave the room until January 5, 2018, because I had to make other living arrangements. In regards to the incident with one of my two dogs, not three, the police were never looking for me as Ava has claimed. I made arrangements to meet Animal Control that very day within one hour of the incident. She was not aware of that, as it was none of her business. That information can be confirmed by contacting Animal Control at ***-***-***. I absolutely am in no fear of being sued and never was. I immediately hired an attorney due to the accusations being made against me and my dog. That matter is being handled in court and is irrelevant in my leaving the hotel due to filthy and unlivable conditionsI have been unemployed for months now and have no promises of work. I had no means of further paying any rent there and could no longer stand the filthy and inhabitable conditions for me and my dogs.

down for quite some timeSince it was for sale they wanted to cut down on costsWell, my boss decided to reopen this area and offer long term stays because of the abundance of homeless people in Spotsylvania County; *** *** conducted all the business for *** **because as he stated junior is mentally challengedThey rented our ''emptyspecial'' and things were great until the month of December 2015.Mr*** was a noshow for payment on thursday the 3rd. After several calls to room and housekeeping knocking on the door we did find out belongihgs were still inside on the 3rd and 4thOn the sth he showed up and announced that they were leavingI explained that he should've moved out on his due date and he owed two days rent.He said he did the math and because he only pd a month he owed me a dayThis was a shock to me because no one in this area rents rooms for that cheap of a priceI was considerate enough to not charge him our daily ptice of plus tax ,and weekend plus taxI offered flat for thur and flat for friI even allowed them to take all day to move the stuff out on Saturday. The next week to my surprise he showed up at my other propertyHe demanded a room and knowing how things went sour at the end didnt want to deal with him I refused to do business with himHe made another reservation and made his son come to check in. I declined his business also under the knowledge that they were together Both reservations were for ppl\2bedsHe created a scene in the lobby and I threatened to call police if he didnt leaveHe has called both my corp offices trying to get me fired. And now he is contacting your officeAs a business we have the right to refuse anyone ., unless its involving discriminationMy choice was based on .*** Srbad attitude not *** Jrdisability. As again stated Ms. [redacted] signed a contract with long term stays that states "NO REFUNDS".

take her dog to the pet areas closer to the room. We accommodated her. After her dog attacked an employee, animal control came on the property. She then took her dogs away. The police went looking for her. She then moved out in fear of being sued because of the damage her dog did. She signed a contract with us that states as follows.No refunds for early check out.
