Travelodge by Wyndham Surrey

It's probably been at least 2 months now but I came to the Surrey central Inn "called the Travelodge hotel now" one morning to book in but before coming from downtown Vancouver I called in and spoke to the manager name yogina and I introduced myself and asked if they have any room availability , Yogina (the manager) responded back to me and said "yes there is rooms available *** , come on down" so I called a cab and made my way down to the Travelodge hotel (used to be called the Surrey central Inn) and once I got there I went to reception where I seen Yogina at the desk and she told me to have a seat, so I sat down with a friend of mine. A few minutes later I asked Yogina if I am able to pay for the room and she said sure. So I paid 200+ dollars for 2 nights plus 100$ deposit and this was paid all in cash. So then after I paid I sat back down for 20 minutes then I stood back up and asked Yogina when I will be getting to go up to my room as I paid her for the 2 nights already and the damage deposit. And she said half an hour as the room need to be finished cleaning. 30 min went by and she said "oh not too much longer - 15 more min" so then 15 minutes went by and then asked her again and she said ",not to much longer - another 15 min" so then I wait then 15 min went by and stood back up and asked her again " so then she said wait a bit longer it should be ready soon" so then I wait another 30 min and then she yet still has not let me go up to a room , so then she left and told her *** to wait at the reception desk and she went upstairs so then I wait another 20 min and still have not been able to go up to a room after I paid her already. So then I said to her *** I want my money back in leaving and finding another place to go too. so then her *** calls up to her and she said she will not be able to refund me the money I paid for the room she is only able to refund me for the 100$ deposit I paid. I got really upset as that was only the money I had to my name and she refused to give me the money I paid for the room and didn't even get a chance to get a key card or even go upstairs to the room. Me and my friend was in the lobby the whole 2.5 hours just waiting for nothing. And so couple months later I called if I can book a room and they said I was banned. I just don't get what for as they are the ones that *** me off for my money
