Dear Revdex.com,First I'm sorry about responding little late and sorry about Mr [redacted] had problem with room first about the pool water Was black and full of mosquitoes as he complained at that time just had rain and health department came to check the water found fresh water and no activity of mosquitoes ( if you want I can provide report ) and about the room which I personally rent to him after Within not even half hour I got call from [redacted] .com that Mr[redacted] is not satisfy with the room and he willing to get whole refund and I agreed to give him whole refund then he come to check out he was nice and happy to get whole refund, he told me about smoke detector but nothing else and I told him I will check and I did check we check every to days all rooms so I now there will be inside but some time we found took off and put some where so found in drawer and about construction on doors and walls there was no under construction, about insects in beds he told me when he check out he did not touch anything so without touch how he found insects and get all problem (?) we have pest control service regularly every month if you want I will provide company infoI know the room is with old carpet and furniture but not that like as he desired to close down I did apologize to him when he checked out and he was ok and still I'm to him that he was not satisfy with the room and if city willing to come by and check the room very welcome because I'm renting that room regularly and no one having problem or no complain so and one more I need to mention to Revdex.com that Mr [redacted] drove by next day at property around after 3pm with one guy and taking pictures without permission from management and when I asked the guy was taking pictures and trying to get in room he started with Fword and shouting to me ( which is not acceptable)and left but still I apologize to Mr[redacted] and if you say will send apology letter thanks[redacted] ***

Hi we already give them 50% off her stay if they have this many complaints it’s not make sense to me to guest spend second night too and top of that if they complaining about elevator we are not offering elevator service and pool they can check on booking.com website and guest sent us email with thank you that we giving them 50% off I have proof email and I can email folio to Revdex.com now we can not do anything else we did as they agreed thanks
