Review: I booked 2 rooms thru Priceline.com, trip ID # [redacted] on 23rd July & paid $121.94 thru credit card. The hotel reservation was for 24th July for 1 day for 2 rooms each with 2 double beds non smoking. On checking in, we found following issues:a. room # 218 had terrible stinking smell for anyone to breathe. Room #220 had broken refrigerator. Both rooms were hot with 95F temperature.b. Front desk sent a guy who agreed to put us in room 224 instead of 218. He also agreed to replace refrigerator is 220 & provide one in 224. 220 one was replaced after few calls, but 224 one was never provided. c. It took 3 hours for both rooms to cool down to 80F, it was unbearable for 2 hours to stay in the room. d. The ice vending close to these rooms were broken. We called again & were told to try another one away from our rooms & could finally get ice after 15 minutes. d. The drainage in 224 was blocked on 25th morning, took 30 minutes to get it fixed. Overall experience was terrible, one had to call several times to get a response, even then all promised features weren't provided.Desired Settlement: We need money refunded for room 224 for reasons given below:a. foul smell in 218 was unbearable making us feel nauseated for rest of the evening & killing our appetites. b. Refrigerator was not found in room & also was never provided even after requests. c. Drainage in shower took 30 min. to get fixed causing delays in our schedule. d. We couldn't go to Bourbon street for the evening which was our objective for the visit & hotel stay.
