Review: I had a death in the family and needed to travel to **. I used TRAVEL ADVISOR to book my trip. I found a deal at [redacted] on [redacted]. I booked the days I needed. When booking, I found they were only giving me the option oh 2 double beds, I then called the number attached to my reservation to request queen beds. I dialed the number and they answered [redacted]. At that time they explained the only offer double or king size beds. I said ok and finalized my order. I then traveled to said location and stayed as booked and planned. Sunday before Check out I used the hotels computer to transfer money in my bank account. Upon doing so, I noticed a charge of $147.76 for America's Best. I asked [redacted] if they were owned by them, they stated no. So my husband and I called every America's Best trying to figure what was going on. We finally reached the [redacted] location and spoke with the very rude and disrespectful [redacted]. I explained to her this was a fraudulent charge. She verified all my information, which was correct. I requested her to remove those charges. She told me no because it was a legitimate reservation that I no showed on. I again explained I did not book this arrangement and I was reporting it as fraudulent she said good luck I have all your correct information that you booked. I became very upset and disconnected the call. My husband then called and again Explained this was fraudulent. She again said she didn't care. My husband also explained to her that my cell phone had been stolen (report # [redacted]) and someone could have possibly gotten my information and did it. She still didn't care. She also stated they do not book online it must be done at [redacted] and take it up with them . The 855# stated the take the request and forward it to location and they then call for your information. I never called, received or spoke with anyone from America's best. When I did book my trip we were looking for a pool and a gym AB doesn't haveDesired Settlement: $147.74 returned to my account for a 4 day 3 night stay at a hotel I never booked.

I spoke with the business. She stated that all of the information was correct and the reservation was booked for those nights. Their policy is that unless a stay in canceled before 6 pm the night before the stay will be charged to the credit card on file, and in order to even finish a reservation the customer would need to provide that credit card number. As the stay was not cancelled the fee cannot be returned as per the policy for the business.

Review: On Monday evening @ 2am went to hospital called manager @ 8am explaining that I left my teeth, laptop and other property he said don't worry about my property when I got release from usucd hospital my 4000.00 teeth were missing now waiting for san Diego police now for 2 hoursDesired Settlement: I just got my teeth that has taken 1yr

Review: arrived at TRAVELODGE FOR 2 Night STAY, MARCH 9 2014 FOR 2 Night STAY. ONE Night FREE Because Previouse STAY BAD WITH REMODELING ABOVE OUR ROOM AT 1AM. Manager took 15 minutes to see if room 113 was ok with us, we said yes. then they gave us 114?. 114 next to breakfast room, loud machine running all night. so on to room 104. near office. noise all night, above us, and car doors slamming all night. frig door would not open. needed to use. placed towel under and called office. zip to this problem. now onto room 122, where the shutters will not shut out the parking lot lights. lit room all night. so instead of appreciation, showing them problems with their rooms, they said"DON'T COME BACK"Desired Settlement: we were promised a free 4 night stay, and a $70 refund. we have not recieved the 4 night stay. we would also like to be told were welcome to stay at the lompoc travelodge.

Review: This hotel is in great need of repair. 1. the closet rod was missing, we had no place to hang our clothing. 2. there was no microwave in our room, as was expected. One was brought to the room with the plate inside missing. 3. the cable tv was very limited, to maybe 20 channels, although the front desk mentioned about 60 channels, and even told us about some, and which number to turn to, but we got no reception for those channels.4. the shower was badly clogged, so that we had to turn the water off twice during the shower to let it drain. Also, the showers had zero space for toiletries, no soap rack. We were moved to a second room, but not until the next day. 1. It had a cracked toilet seat. A few hours later they came with a new one. The point is, it SHOULD have been taken care off before we entered the room. 2. Both beds had burn marks on the headboard, the bedding had cigarette burn hole. 3. We saw a roach crawling in the bathroom. Lastly, although this was a non smoking room, the entire room smelled heavily of smoke use. These conditions are simply unacceptable for guests. I paid 167.32 for the 2 nights, and it was completely NOT worth it, I believe I am due a refund. The stay was miserable, and we could not wait to leave the place!Desired Settlement: We are requesting a refund in the amount of 167.32 for the money spent at this hotel that did not provide adequate service.

Review: I made a reservation for two nights at this hotel through Expedia. I am 18 years old, and I asked both Expedia and the hotel if I would be able to check in, as an 18 year old. Both Expedia and the person at the hotel (unfortunately I did not get their name) told me there wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived at the hotel, the person at the front desk told me that their policy was that you had to be 21 or older to check in, and they would not let me check in. Both Expedia and the hotel lied to me, in that case. I did not receive the service I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive, from the Travelodge Hotel, or from Expedia (I'll be filing another complaint against Expedia) the difference between the amount I paid for the hotel and the amount I had to pay to book a more expensive hotel at the last minute, after arriving at the hotel and being refused my room. The Travelodge cost me $193.54. The hotel I had to book at the last minute cost me a total of $511.57 for two nights. I would like to receive the difference, which is $318.03. At the very least, I'd like a refund for the $193.54.

Review: I booked a room at Travelodge for a soccer tournament, 3 days. July 10-12. Thursday night was a separate booking. Fri and Sat a different rate for being part of the tournament. The hotel was DISTUGUSTING!! 10-year-old daughter slept on a blood stained sheet which we did not notice until she woke up Friday. no it was NOT her blood. I have pictures of this and other nonsense in the room. Mold, mildew, curtains were hanging down and we had to stand on chairs to fix them so they closed. what looked like someone's snot dried on the bathroom sink, Not a single working ice machine in the building. NO refrigerators as promised online. No wi-fi, also promised online. Stale, urine mildew smell throughout the building, outlets that literally came out of the wall when you tried to unplug something. Not the cover, but the whole outlet! Pealing dirty mildew covered wallpaper. One dirty stained stinky chair in our room. Nowhere to sit. We weren't sitting on that! We refused to stay fri and sat and booked another hotel. I did pay for Thursday since we were there but told them I am NOT paying for Fri or Sat since the hotel was unsanitary, unsafe and what was promised online was not provided. They took my name/number and I was told someone would call me back. No one did. Two days and I can't reach the corporate office. I have used up over an hour of cell minutes trying. No one answers the phone. I am put on hold indefinitely. I called reservations and they just transferred me back to the same number that no one answers. When trying to call the hotel, they are RUDE and condescending to us and hang up on us every time we call. they put a $115 charge on my card for nights that we were not there and simply could not say because of the conditions. 11 other families checked out or simply did not check in from our team. There is more but I am running out of room here. Can't get a hold of anyone at all. RUDE!!!!! dishonest people and HORRIBLY filthy and unsafe hotel!Desired Settlement: I want my $115.35 back. I am unable to contact anyone to help me.
