inconvenience in this matter. Our Customer Satisfaction Team is reviewing the information you sent us and conducting a full investigation to resolve this matter fairly.
As a result of our initial investigation, we found that the technician had given the wrong information when associating himself with Microsoft. We are not in any way, shape or form associated with Microsoft. The error was due to the fact that he was a new associate in training. As a result, this has led us to review and improve our training sessions with our new and existing technicians to assure this does not happen again.
We understand how disappointing it can be when your expectations are not met. As per our records, a full refund in the amount of $1000.00 was credited to you on January 16, 2016. Our goal is to provide the best possible customer service with hassle free returns to all of our clients.
