We never promised to pay for any modification to the vehicle, you are now resorting to liesPlease cease and desist from any more slanderThe so-called agreement was your personal communication with a former employee of our company and not with the company itselfHad you contacted management first before deciding to slander us on social media you would have had a different conclusion perhaps, but now that your husband has physically threatened us and told us to eat a bag of [redacted] we see no need to extend any courtesy to you as you have been rude and insulting to us the whole time.?

June 28th was the date of your Facebook post, so why did it take so long between 4/2/and 6/28/18? whichever member of the Hardy family wants to call us and discuss this claim we are willing to listen, but your timeline does not add up? if you were so displeased with the purchase surely you would have contacted us prior to 6/28? and once again we do not use outside vendors for service work so there is no need to wait for a cashiers check from our company

*** *** purchased the vehicle on 3/30/His wife wore the pants in the family for the transaction however, and was the one who did all the research and negotiations for the entire transactionWe find it hard to believe that she did not complain immediately that her Bluetooth function was not
workingShe waited three months to start complaining, and when she did, she did not contact us first, but decided to leave a poor review on FacebookWhen we offered to look into the matter, she told us that she would only want her (his) vehicle worked on at Royal Gate which was not an option that we offeredHer husband signed a copy of the *** which shows that the vehicle was originally sold in CanadaShe should really consult with him before filing a complaint about the vehicles originWe have attached a copy of the signed ***Miscommunication appears to be a problem in their relationship so perhaps Mrs*** should have a discussion with Mr.*** and decided if they want the dealership's assistance in determining why the Bluetooth has suddenly disappeared after months of ownership? We have a service shop of our own and are more than qualified to work on the Jeep
