our vehicles which is a 30 day or 1000 mile whichever comes first. I offered [redacted] an extended warranty at dealer cost and he would not accept this.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not made any threats to this company, I have written a letter to them asking them to fix my truck or to give me a refund and take the vehicle back. they have worked on my truck several times but have not fixed the problem that we are having with it.  as far as the key the salesman offered to get one for us and that he would mail it to us after two or three week we came to ask about the key and no one knew anything about it. they did get one for us. As far as to the timing chains they did offer to have the truck towed to their shop but they did not offer to pay for it. [redacted] give me a price of $2,000. I had it done for $1800.00 and we have always had excellent results with our repairs which is not true at Travers. All this would not be happening if they would fix the two things that they have worked on but not fixed as should be.

The cancellation process usually takes about a month for us to receive the money from the warranty company and then...

a couple weeks for the bank to process the check. This should have been better explained to Ms. [redacted] when she came in to cancel. If she has any questions she can call me directly at [redacted].
