My name is *** and I am the Finance Manager at Travers AutoplexMr*** co-signed on a Jeep Patriot and at the time of delivery they knew they needed to bring in their proof of residenceThey brought out-dated information the first time and the bank wanted something within daysWe
asked the customer to bring us updated proof of residence because that's all they needed to get the deal fundedIf the deal doesn't fund they don't have a loan meaning the vehicle is legally not theirsThe customer does not have to come in to bring the proof of residence they can email it, text it, or fax itWe just want to get the stipulations to the bank so it doesn't have to come to them having to bring the car backThis is not a threat and we are being professional this is what the bank needs to get the deal funded so the customer can have their car loan securedIf you have any questions please feel free to call me at ***

The day warranty did not cover any of the issues Mr*** had with his vehicleWe did all the service work out of good faith and Mr*** did not pay anything to usIf he would have purchased an extended warranty, which he had declined, then some of the stuff would have been coveredThe brakes on the other hand are wear and tear on a vehicle which are not covered under any warrantyIf Mr*** would like to pay to get any upgrades or work done on his vehicle, we are willing to give him our cost

our vehicles which is a day or mile whichever comes firstI offered *** *** an extended warranty at dealer cost and he would not accept this

a couple weeks for the bank to process the checkThis should have been better explained to Ms*** when she came in to cancelIf she has any questions she can call me directly at ***

We are very sorry it has taken so long, we deal with a third party company and we process checks when we receive the money from themI spoke with our General Manager and is pushing the process throughI have our Office Manager writing the check as we speak and she will send it to your finance company todayI want to apologize for the inconvenience and offer your next oil change free of charge on us! I'm sure you know our service shop is attached to Travers Autoplex, just ask for *** *** and tell him *** sent you he will take care of the free oil change

My name is *** *** and I am the General Manager of Travers AutoplexIn response to Mr***’s complaint, I want to note that we have done nothing but provide Mr*** with the best customer service and have taken care of any and all of his concernsMr*** purchased his vehicle in
August of for $25,and with that comes a day or 1,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) which covers powertrain, drivetrain and transmissionI have attached a copy of all of his service records, the 30-day warranty, agreement to arbitrate and his conditional delivery agreementHe came in for service a total of times, twice for the brake noise, twice for body work that he claims was done at our shop and once for a spare keyYou will notice on the service receipts we had paid for everything that was asked which was not covered under warranty but out of good faithThe reason Mr*** had to pay out of pocket is because he chose to take his vehicle to Dave Sinclair and have the timing chain fixedWe were willing to work with Mr*** by having the car towed and fixed at our expense and he chose not to work with us and has responded with nothing but threatsAt Travers Autoplex we strive to give our customers the best customer service possible, but at this point Mr*** is trying to take advantage us by bullying with threats

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not made any threats to this company, I have written a letter to them asking them to fix my truck or to give me a refund and take the vehicle backthey have worked on my truck several times but have not fixed the problem that we are having with it. as far as the key the salesman offered to get one for us and that he would mail it to us after two or three week we came to ask about the key and no one knew anything about itthey did get one for usAs far as to the timing chains they did offer to have the truck towed to their shop but they did not offer to pay for it*** *** give me a price of $2,I had it done for $and we have always had excellent results with our repairs which is not true at TraversAll this would not be happening if they would fix the two things that they have worked on but not fixed as should be
