[redacted] is saying that because he know he promised to have the money and never refunded me. I truly regret dealing with him as well as his business and I will file a claim in general district court. I will send a demand letter to his place of business so he will know and understand that he has until October 14, 2014 to refund me the full purchase price if not I will proceed with court and I will be asking for a refund as well as court and filing fees. I still have the original receipt, and I will also have multiple witnesses available to testify that I was scammed out of $1,022 dollars any questions please contact me at [redacted]. charged $1,022 for the transmission. After the customer paid the business got the transmission. At that time the customer said she was going to get rid of the vehicle and did not need it, then charged her mind. She came back in a few weeks later with engine problems. Review: [redacted] has always been my personal mechanic. Last year I purchased a car from him and it was a lemon. When I decided to fix the problem which was transmission, [redacted] informed me that he could easily have a different transmission put in and charged me $1,022 to purchase the transmission from his dealer. Well the problem is that I havent got my money or the part!!! He is truly sad for preying on a young female and im sure the way he's getting over on people, he will lose his business in no time. He was located on nile mile road beside [redacted] but he moved further down nile mile road right beside [redacted]. Dont be fooled he's charming but he is a snake. Im in the process of taking him to court as I speak. Stay away from this business!!!Desired Settlement: $1,022
