I am writing in response to the complaint ID *** the original transaction on
12.8000001907349px border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-">november 28,was for an hp 15-g019wm laptop with charger, the price of the laptop $no tax plus $for shipping total of $was charged to her cardWe shipped item to Oregon from CaliforniaAfter receiving item Customer contacted us stating the laptop charger did not work so we ordered her another charger and had the charger shipped directly to herWhen she received the new charger she let us know that she was only able to use laptop until battery died and new charger did not work so we asked her to ship it back and she didwhen we received it mid december 2014, we noticed the powerjack was pushed in brokenbecause of the mutual friend that referred customer to us we told her we would go ahead and ship her a new laptop at no extra chargewe shipped her a *** satellite with charger which she received 12/27/working properlyWe spoke to her on the phone and help her set it us as he wantedWe received a call from customer the beginning of february and she told us it was no longer displaying picture but all the lights turn onWe asked if she could take it to a local repair shop and get it diagnosed she said she wanted to ship it back cod we told her we couldn't do that, if she wanted us to diagnose she would have to pay for shipping because what ever happened to the laptop happened out of the thirty day warranty we give customers and happened while the laptop was in her possessionShe was not happy to hear that and became upset accusing that we sold her a defective laptop, we informed her that we had already dismissed the damage done to the hp by her and had sent her the *** at no extra chargeWhich at this point we were at a loss because we had to replace the powerjack on the hp and the extra charger purchased that didn't need to be purchased and we didn't charge for shipping the ***after customer was told that we could not replace laptop we did not hear back from her until we received package with a kiss on the outside of it on february 12th via fed ex when we opened package *** laptop had hearts drawn on with lipstick on the top cover and on the screenthe laptop not workingThe *** needs a new motherboard possibly from laptop overheating, dropped, or possible blackout caused a short. We do not feel that a refund should be issued because the *** stopped working while in her possession and out of the warranty provided

Review: Owner,[redacted], sent two defective laptops to me. The first one I sent back to him as it was defective and he sent the wrong cable connector with laptop. He sent second laptop which I had for approximately three weeks. I informed Mr [redacted] on February 06,2015 that the laptop had a black screen and did not light up on turning laptop on.He accused me of breaking laptop and he would not do anything about it and his last were oDesired Settlement: Refund $475.00 to my credit card account the that's on file with his Store. Please see to it that my [redacted] CREDIT CARD is refunded THANK you.

I am writing in response to the complaint ID [redacted] the original transaction on november 28,14 was for an hp 15-g019wm laptop with charger, the price of the laptop $375.00 no tax plus $50.00 for shipping total of $425.00 was charged to her card. We shipped item to Oregon from California. After receiving item Customer contacted us stating the laptop charger did not work so we ordered her another charger and had the charger shipped directly to her. When she received the new charger she let us know that she was only able to use laptop until battery died and new charger did not work so we asked her to ship it back and she did. when we received it mid december 2014, we noticed the powerjack was pushed in broken. because of the mutual friend that referred customer to us we told her we would go ahead and ship her a new laptop at no extra charge. we shipped her a [redacted] satellite with charger which she received 12/27/14 working properly. We spoke to her on the phone and help her set it us as he wanted.
