However here additional facts (professional) I met with her and her husband on 5/29/of which they signed a contract( please find copy enclosed) while thier their daughter popped out and also wanted her dog trained! (All three signatures on the contract) we met again with husband and wife on June fifth and went through many things! (Which was not a problem with me and told her I was sorry for her having it) she started too get better in the training and we set up another time to get together ( which this letter is so strange to me why set up another time if her statements are true?) suppose to get together on the 26th again at 7:of which she scheduled with me being thier on the 19th! I got a call from her husband which started out very nice saying I just don't think we can put in the time on the training "I stated to him thier are no refunds" and before I could finish my statement for I was going to finish on saying that we will give a partial refund! He started swearing at me and went off for abut 3-minutes and then hung up the phone on me! I have not heard from them since the call in June! When I met with them I found them to be very nice people and every visit I had with them they were professional and politie(as matter of fact she called me three separate times looking for a place to board her dogs) so this letter I find very odd and unusual for she states such outrageous things the question I would have is why did you continue to set up appointments and continue to call!! Again is she would like to resubmit a more professional letter very happy on considering a refund! To say that three visits of over 1-1/drive to her house and cancelling a last appointment along with three phone calls to me is not worth my time then again our stance will be no refund as stated in the contract! On that day his girlfriend was in Florida and he let me know he couldn't make it that day( which is a violation of the contract and the 2nd time they did it over the training sessions!;) They live a hour a half from me w/o traffic! If I was disrespectful to her than why schedule additional appointments and never bring it to my attention! The response to Revdex.com from Mr. [redacted] is not surprising to me. He wants to focus on phone calls instead of the facts. He states that he doesn't have a complimentary evaluation. When I first contacted him he told me he wanted $27.00 for gas and the consultation was free and his website states he has a complimentary evaluation. I am not sure why he is denying this other that this is how he has ripped off others and my self after I have read many reviews on the web. This man needs to be investigated for his unethical business practices. The reason for hiring him was to introduce two dogs to see if they were compatible to live with. Mr. [redacted] was on his own mission do his agenda instead of ours. We had one complimentary evaluation if you can call it that, One visit he dictated notes on what to purchase to and one visit where he showed us how to walk a dog in a circle in the house on a leash. This is useless, absolutely useless. I have had other dog trainers, this is not how dog training has ever been. When I realized I had called the wrong trainer that had been recommended to me and told Mr. [redacted] this. He said no refunds. I wouldn't go to someones house and pretend to be a professional decorator and then when they saw I couldn't decorate on the first meeting say "sorry" no refunds. He somehow thinks I called him last week at 9:02 and he needs to go back to his phone check the phone number and message, it certainly isn't from me. His practices are nothing more that selling something to you that doesn't exist and you have to pay up front for it. I would like to get a refund of $1,750.00 or I will have to step up my efforts to do so.

I again then stated what I charge for a first visit if you had hired me for that and again she interrupted me and again I started to start the contract and she interrupted me a third time!
