Our central air stopped working during one of the hottest spells of the year but we felt fortunate that our system had survived years of faithful service My HVAC service man, who I had been doing business with for nearly thirty years was going out of business but gave me two quotes anyway which both of us thought were too high, and he recommended that I call a different company for another quotationI called Action Heating and Air for a quotation because they had such positive reviews on [redacted] and left a message with their very courteous receptionist Derek called back within the hour and I explained my situationHe stopped by the house within a couple hours, exactly at the agreed time and evaluated my situation Derek was extremely professional and detailed while inspecting and recommending what should be done Derek emailed me a detailed quotation of the work he recommended within hours The quotation from Action Heating and Air was everything I needed and also saved me nearly $1K plus they had a much better warranty Even during the busy season, they were able to begin installation within two days Called and quote on Monday with installation on and complete by Wednesday Installation was professional, on time, clean, complete and costs as quoted It’s been almost four weeks now since the installation without a single glitchWe’re very happy campers Thanks Derek
